Canton (Mich.) Plymouth defensive end Brennen Beyer has made several visits to Michigan since receiving his offer from the Wolverines in January, but it was a seemingly ordinary visit for a mid-week practice which the 6-4, 215-pound prospect decided was right to issue his commitment.

For months, it appeared Beyer could make a commitment to Michigan at any time, but the pieces did not come together for him until this past week.
