In 2008 and 2009, Mykkele Thompson made a name for himself in the San Antonio area as a versatile offensive threat on the football field. At Texas, Thompson is slated to line up in the defensive backfield, and he got a taste of what that will be like on Sunday when he worked with Duane Akina at UT's first mini-camp of 2010.
