Three-star offensive lineman Jake Brendel (6-4, 268, 4.9) from Plano (Texas) East recently went on a tour of three west coast schools. All three have offered.

"UCLA was my last school in California that I visited," Brendel said. "I went up to Stanford first. Then I went to Cal-Berkeley and then I went down to UCLA last.

"UCLA was really nice," Brendel said. "I was looking for a school in a good climate that can offer me academics and a very good football program at the same time. I'm pretty sure I found it at UCLA.
