SAN ANTONIO - Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Dillard four-star safety Wayne Lyons is one of approximately a dozen prospects expected to announce their college decision during Saturday's U.S. Army All-American Bowl. The 6-0, 190-pound Lyons has a top five schools, though favorites are starting to emerge.

"I won't say they are all dead even…" Lyons said.
