4-star RB reviews Oregon visit
Oregon may already have a commitment from the top-ranked running back in the nation but that doesn't mean the Ducks are finished at the position. Last month the Ducks hosted a four-star running back from Texas for an unofficial visit.
There wasn't a lot of drama in the recruitment of Thomas Tyner. The five-star back from Aloha committed to the Ducks in November, 15 months before he has to sign a Letter of Intent.
Dontre Wilson, on the other hand, is taking his time. The 5-foot-10, 176-pound back from DeSoto (Tex.) is ranked the No. 186 prospect in the nation. He's more of an all-purpose back than Tyner. He doesn't run with the same kind of power that you'll see from his five-star counterpart, but he's shifty, fast and explosive with the ability to get out in the slot and create match-up problems.
