When the Longhorn offensive line commits attended the Texas mini-camp on the first Sunday in June, there was all kinds of speculation on which of the six prospects would put on the best performance. Truth be told, the entire group has drawn rave reviews since the players added their names to the commitment list, including La Marque blue-chip Aundre McGaskey.
The 6-foot-4, 290-pound standout has seen his recruitment slow considerably since his pledge to Texas.
Early on, many felt he might be leaning towards Texas A&M, but after a visit to the Forty Acres in late February, McGaskey committed the following day.
