Lewis finding comfort zone
Duke quarterback Thaddeus Lewis didn't need to go to an amusement park last season to ride a roller coaster.
He was on one pretty much every week as the starting signal caller for the Blue Devils. He entered the season as a backup but quickly elevated himself to starter by the second game of the year at Wake Forest.
In Winston-Salem, he torched the Demon Deacons for more than 300 yards through the air and nearly engineered an upset over the eventual ACC champions. The next week, however, he was knocked out of the Virginia Tech game on a controversial series of late hits.
