Arizona State may be forced to play its Thursday game against Washington without the services of leading scorer James Harden, who is day-to-day with a Grade 1 groin strain suffered against Stanford.

On Thuesday, Sun Devil coach Herb Sendek and players Jeff Pendergraph and Derek Glasser discussed the status of Harden, as well as what types of challenges will be presented this week by Washington and Washington State.
