Here's a look at the stats and scores from the entire Texas Class of 2009, as well as other key names/targets/prospects from 2009-2011.
Texas 2009 commitments
QB - Garrett Gilbert - Lake Travis
The five-star quarterback completed 21 of 24 passes for 358 yards and six touchdowns (zero interceptions) in the Cavs' 54-14 win over Marble Falls. Through the regular season, Gilbert has completed 183 of 268 passes for 3,057 yards, 38 touchdowns and only two interceptions. He also has added 215 yards and five touchdowns on the ground.
RB - Chris Whaley - Madisonville
Whaley, playing with a broken right hand, was held to 68 yards on 19 carries in a 54-14 loss to Navasota.
WR - Greg Timmons - Aldine Eisenhower
Eisenhower had the week off and will play Westfield this week at 1pm. Thus far this season Timmons has caught 24 passes for 488 yards and six touchdowns.
TE - Barrett Matthews - Galena Park North Shore
Matthews caught two passes for 16 yards and a touchdown in North Shore's 41-13 win over Beaumont Westbrook. Through eight games this season, Matthews has caught seven passes for 121 yards and three touchdowns.
TE - Trey Graham - Waco Midway
Graham caught four passes for 47 yards in a 34-21 win over Waxahachie. Overall, Graham has caught 16 passes for 210 yards and two touchdowns.
OL - Mason Walters - Frenship
Frenship rushed for 265 yards on 32 carries, as the undefeated Tigers walloped San Angelo Lake View 45-23.
OL - Thomas Ashcraft - Cedar Hill
The Cedar Hill offense rushed for 331 yards in a 64-30 win over Irving Nimitz.
OL - Garrett Porter - Odessa Permian
No offensive stats were recorded in Permian's 28-21 win over Midland.
OL - Paden Kelley - Lake Travis
The Lake Travis offense rolled up 596 total yards of offense (380 passing and 216 rushing) in Lake Travis' 54-14 win over Marble Falls.
DT - Calvin Howell - San Antonio Warren
Warren held Brandeis High to 40 total yards of offense in the first half, as Warren rolled to a 48-7 win.
DT - Derek Johnson - Hoxie (Ark)
No defensive stats were reported in Hoxie's 26-20 win over Harrisburg
DL - Kyle Kriegel - Elysian Fields
No defensive stats have been reported in Elysian Fields' 33-17 win over Winona.
DE - Alex Okafor - Pflugerville
The Panthers' vaunted front four held Connally to -8 yards rushing on 25 carries, as Pflugerville dominated their cross-town rival in a 31-14 win.
DE - Dominique Jones - Kilgore
Kilgore held Nacogdoches to 228 yards of total offense in their 27-14 win.
LB - Tariq Allen - Irving MacArthur
Irving was held to 62 yards on the ground on 21 carries, but the MacArthur secondary gave up 351 yards in a 31-28 loss.
LB - Patrick Nkwopara - SGP
SGP's defense held Grand Prairie to 18 yards on 21 carries in their 31-13 win.
CB - Eryon Barnett - Euless Trinity
Barnett is out for the rest of the season with a torn ACL.
CB - Marcus Davis - League City Clear Creek
Clear Creek didn't give up a single reception in their 21-10 loss to Houston Clear Lake.
DB - Kenny Vaccaro - Early
Vaccaro is out for the rest of the season with a torn ACL.
Other key 2009 prospects
WR - Emory Blake - Austin High
Blake caught five passes for 70 yards, while adding another 27 yards on four carries, as the Maroons beat Anderson 42-17. Blake has caught 52 passes for 801 yards and eight touchdowns on the year.
WR - A.J. Dugat - Dayton
Dugat caught four passes for 121 yards and a touchdown while also rushing for 35 yards on two carries in a 41-0 win over Kingwood Park. Dugat has 70 receptions for 1,139 yards and 14 touchdowns as a receiver, while adding 358 yards and four touchdowns on 34 carries.
Ath - Cody Green - Dayton
The Nebraska commit completed 13 of 18 passes for 234 yards and two touchdowns, to go along with one interception. In nine games this season, Green has completed 154 of 238 passes for 2,089 yards and 22 touchdowns (only four interceptions), while adding 723 yards and 17 touchdowns on the ground.
RB - Waymon James - Sherman
James was held to 60 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries in a 34-17 loss to Denison.
RB - Hasan Lipscomb - Houston Cy Ridge
Lipscomb did not play in Cy Ridge's 48-41 win over Langham Creek.
RB - Christine Michael - Beaumont West Brook
Michael rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries in a 41-13 loss to North Shore. Through eight games, Michael has rushed for 1,015 yards and 18 touchdowns on 124 carries, along with 18 receptions for 199 yards and a touchdown.
RB - Jonathan Miller - Garland Naaman Forest
Miller rushed for 173 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries in a 38-0 win over South Garland. Miller has rushed for 1,593 yards and 17 touchdowns on 202 carries thus far this season.
QB - Richard Morrison - Royse City
Richard Morrison threw for two touchdowns in the first half to lead Royse City to a 48-0 win over R.L. Turner. For the season, Morrison has completed 166 of 274 passes for 2,191 yards and 21 touchdowns (six interceptions), while adding a team-best 551 yards and seven touchdowns on 95 carries.
Ath - Dexter Pratt - Navasota
Pratt rushed for 212 yards and four touchdowns in a 54-14 win over Madisonville.
QB - Russell Shepard - Houston Cy Ridge
The five-star athlete rushed for 163 yards and four touchdowns on 23 carries, while he completed eight of 11 passes for 131 yards and two touchdowns (one interception) in a 48-41 win over Langham Creek. So far this season, Shepard has completed 92 of 164 passes for 1,458 yards, 16 touchdowns and four interceptions. Shepard also has 1,111 yards and 17 touchdowns on 168 carries.
RB - Eric Stephens - Mansfield Timberview
Stephens rushed for 209 yards and two touchdowns on 23 carries in Timberview's 28-25 win over Mansfield Legacy. Through eight games this season, Stephens has rushed for 1,005 yards and 15 touchdowns on 131 carries, while adding 25 receptions for 234 yards as a receiver.
Other key 2010 prospects
QB - Sam Carter - Sharpstown
Sam Carter accounted for 400 yards of offense (264 passing and 136 rushing), including three touchdowns passing and one rushing in a 51-0 win over Reagan. Carter has completed 106 of 232 passes for 1,393 yards and 14 touchdowns (10 interceptions), while adding 924 yards and nine touchdowns on 149 carries.
RB - Princeton Collins - Round Rock Westwood
Collins rushed for 162 yards on 20 carries, while adding four receptions for 24 yards and a touchdowns, as Westwood beat Vista Ridge 45-39. Through the first ten games of the season, Collins has rushed for 1,514 yards and 13 touchdowns on 225 carries, while also catching 37 passes for 339 yards and three more touchdowns.
Ath - Justin Gilbert - Huntsville
Gilbert rushed for 107 yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries, while adding 66 yards passing in a 31-6 win over Willis. For the season, Gilbert has rushed for 629 yards and eight touchdowns on 69 carries, while he's completed 44 of 96 passes for 756 yards and five touchdowns (five interceptions).
WR - Kyle Guinyard - Ennis
The fast-rising junior caught seven passes for 130 yards and two touchdowns, while also adding an 85-yard kickoff return, in Ennis' 50-13 win over Waco University. So far this season, Guinyard has 76 receptions for 1,349 yards and 18 touchdowns.
WR - John Harris - Garland Naaman Forest
Harris caught two passes for 16 yards in a 38-0 win over South Garland. For the season he has caught 37 passes for 510 yards and six touchdowns.
Ath - James Haynes - West-Orange Stark
Haynes caught four passes for 45 yards and two touchdowns in WOS' 67-0 win over Orangefield.
WR - Eddie Johnson - Midlothian
Johnson caught 13 passes for 104 yards in Midlothian's 42-13 loss to Waco. For the year, Johnson has caught 47 passes for 565 yards and three touchdowns.
RB - D.J. Jones - Denison
Jones rushed for 287 yards and scored two touchdowns on 21 carries, while also adding an 87-yard kickoff return for a score, in Denison's 34-17 win over Sherman.
WR - Jordan Leslie - Tomball
Leslie caught five passes for 51 yards in a 45-21 loss to Klein. Through none games this season, Leslie has caught 59 passes for 1,065 yards and 10 touchdowns.
WR - Quentin Parks - Humble Atascocita
Parks did not catch a pass in Atascocita's 35-7 win over Kingwood.
WR - DeAndre Perry - Austin Bowie
Perry caught three passes for 39 yards in Bowie's 42-21 win over Bastrop. For the season, Perry has 30 receptions for 467 yards and four touchdowns.
RB - Lache Seastrunk - Temple
Seastrunk rushed for 116 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries in Temple's 42-14 win over Killeen Shoemaker. So far this season
QB - Jameill Showers - Killeen Shoemaker
The do-everything Showers was limited to nine of 20 passing for 124 yards and two touchdown as a passer, while he added 35 yards on the ground in a 42-14 loss to Temple. Overall, Showers completed 109 of 212 passes for 1,896 yards and 18 touchdowns (along with eight interceptions), while adding 505 yards on the ground.
RB - James Sims - Irving MacArthur
Sims rushed for 144 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries, while adding two receptions for 84 yards and a touchdown as a receiver, in MacArthur's 31-28 loss to Irving. Overall, Sims has rushed for 1,141 yards and 15 touchdowns on 206 carries this season, while also adding 21 receptions for 363 yards and three touchdowns as a receiver.
WR - Darius Terrell - DeSoto
Terrell caught one pass for six yards in a 21-17 win over John Tyler. Through ten games this season, Terrell has caught 31 passes for 517 yards and six touchdowns.
RB - Calvin Thompson - Cedar Park Vista Ridge
Thompson rushed for 49 yards on 13 carries in a 45-39 loss to Westwood. Thompson finished the season with 459 yards and three touchdowns.
QB - Jacoby Walker - Spring Westfield
Walker completed 16 of 27 passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns (one interception in a 17-16 loss to Spring. Thus far this season, Walker has completed 124 of 182 passes for 1,908 yards, 20 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
WR - Darius White - Fort Worth Dunbar
White caught six passes for 145 yards and a touchdown in Dunbar's 50-21 win over Arlington Heights. For the season he has caught 35 passes for 952 yards and 15 touchdowns.
WR - Deandrew White - Houston North Shore
The fast-rising White caught six passes for 97 yards and a touchdowns. Through eight games this season, White has caught 24 passes for 594 yards and seven touchdowns.
QB - Connor Wood - Houston Second Baptist
Wood was 16 for 25 for 237 yards and one touchdown in a 14-7 win over Tomball Concordia Lutheran. For the season, Wood has completed 133 of 214 passes for 1,840 yards, 18 touchdowns and four interceptions, while adding 311 yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground.
