Texas Longhorn sophomore point guard D.J. Augustin has declared for the NBA draft. The consensus first team All-American and Bob Cousy Award winner is projected to be a first round pick in the 2008 NBA draft with a chance to be picked as high as the back end of the lottery, but most likely from anywhere from 15-25. Augustin will enter the draft, but not hire an agent, meaning he could opt to pull out of the draft by June 16 and return to Texas.
