Of the 20 players that signed with the Texas Longhorns in 2009, the guy that received maybe the least media attention is Round Rock Stony Point defensive lineman Tevin Mims. The four-star prospect stayed away from doing many interviews, and his late commitment caused him to fly under the radar for a while.
