Denton Guyer had gone 1-19 in their first two years of varsity play but broke out last year, reaching the state semifinals. A big reason was QB J.W. Walsh. The 2011 prospect missed some games with an injury, but came back to lead the charge in the playoffs. Now he is healthy and hearing from schools, including A&M.
