Key Just Getting Started

It's something of an unwritten rule in recruiting that younger brothers almost always seem to get more attention than their older siblings. Of course assuming the same talent is carried in the shared genes, coaches have made notes of a 'younger brother' after recruiting the elder and remember to come back by when the next recruiting clock begins to tick.

However, in the case of Broken Arrow, Okla. quarterback Coleman Key he is likely to get more attention than his often under appreciated older brother Kason Key. However, what is most interesting is that the younger Key is getting plenty of early attention but going into his junior year has yet to start his first high school game.

After spending his first two seasons at Owasso, as an understudy to his brother, Key made the decision to leave the Rams and head to the growing monster on the East side of Tulsa.

"It kind of has (settled in), I have a new identity, I'm not in red and white, I'm in black and gold, I think we have a bright future, but you know potential is something that is a scary word," Key admitted.
