Statline: Wood completed 21 of 43 passes for 225 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in a 57-17 loss to Sealy. Wood added 74 yards rushing on 10 carries.

Statline: Harris did a little bit of everything for Naaman Forest in a 41-34 win over Whitehouse, as he completed seven of 10 passes for 69 yards and an interception, while also adding 89 yards and a touchdown (four yards) on 23 carries.

WR - Chris Jones - Daingerfield
Statline: Jones' official stats are still unconfirmed, but he had at least two receptions for 91 yards, including a 71-yard scoring reception in Daingerfield's 21-14 win over Atlanta.

WR - Darius Terrell - DeSoto
Statline: Terrell caught seven passes for 82 yards in a 44-41 loss to Cedar Hill.

Statline: Espinosa helped pave the way for 200 rushing yards for the Timberwolves, but it wasn't enough as Austin Westlake defeated Cedar Park 24-14.

Statline: The Mustangs were not able to move the ball much on Katy in their opener, as the running game was held to 86 yards on 27 carries, while the passing game only totaled 121 yards in the 9-7 loss.

Statline: The official stats are uncomfirmed, but White did have an interception in Saturday's 44-41 loss.

Ath - Adrian Phillips - Garland
Statline: Phillips caught five passes for 51 yards on offense, along with one carry for five yards on the ground in Garland's 60-7 thrashing of Garland. He also was unofficially credited with four tackles and an interception (15 yards on the return) on defense, although he was lifted after the first series in the third quarter because of the blowout score.

Statline: The good news is that the Whitehouse secondary didn't give up a lot through the air on Friday night (seven of 10 for 67 yards), but the Naaman Forest rushing attack opened up the heart of the defense for 328 yards on 33 carries, as Naaman Forest beat Whitehouse 41-34.
