Missouri denying that it has talked to the SEC
Doug Gottlieb of ESPN is now reporting that Missouri could be bolting for the SEC.
Just got off the phone with an administrator at a Big 12 school who says Missouri has denied to other members of the Big 12 that it has talked to the SEC.
PowerMizzou.com is also reporting that Mizzou AD Mike Alden said the Tigers have had zero discussions with the SEC.
So if Missouri is indeed thinking of bolting for the SEC, they are denying it right now to their league partners.

The SEC definitely reached out to OU during its courtship of Texas A&M. The source said Bob Stoops has indicated to OU officials that the best path to win championships is in the Big 12, not the SEC.
That official also told me that there is a 3 pm conference call between Dan Beebe and the Big 12 athletic directors to discuss Texas A&M's imminent departure for the SEC and to start a discussion about what the Big 12 should do next.
Two officials at Big 12 schools told me the conference would be solid with nine teams and that they didn't want to expand just for the sake of expansion.
There's been a lot of talk about Houston possibly being a candidate to join the Big 12, but the two administrators in the Big 12 I spoke with today said Houston is not high on many of the current schools' lists.
The SEC presidents are huddling Sunday morning - believed to be in Atlanta - to discuss expansion, according to multiple sources.
